This Privacy Policy explains how SuperCoolPDF (the "Service"), operated by Gregory Gority ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information: your first and last name, email address, and — if you enable two-factor authentication — your phone number.
• Documents you upload: the files you add to the Service, and thumbnail preview images we automatically generate from them so you can recognize your documents.
• Waitlist: if you join our pre-launch waitlist, we collect your email address so we can notify you at launch.
• Essential technical data: security and session cookies used to sign you in and protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF), and limited server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) used to operate and secure the Service and prevent abuse.

We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to create and secure your account; to enable features such as two-factor authentication; to respond to your requests; and, for waitlist signups, to notify you when the Service launches.

How we store and protect your information

Your information is stored on infrastructure provided by Render and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We use access controls and other reasonable measures to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers necessary to run the Service:

• Render — hosting and database.
• Cloudflare — DNS, content delivery, and security.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

How long we keep it

You control your documents. We keep the documents you upload until you delete them — we do not automatically delete them. We keep your account information until you delete your account. Waitlist emails are kept until the Service launches or you ask us to remove you.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account information through your account settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its use. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
