Terms of Service
Effective date: July 2, 2026
1. Who we are and acceptance
SuperCoolPDF (the "Service") is operated by Gregory Gority ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
3. The Service
SuperCoolPDF is a free, browser-based tool for viewing, editing, annotating, filling, merging, splitting, and building PDF documents. We offer it free of charge and may add, change, or remove features at any time.
4. Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Your content
You keep all ownership rights to the documents and files you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to upload and use it. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or that you are not authorized to share.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload malware or other harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use it to violate the rights of others.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided free of charge and on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time — especially during this pre-launch period.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be secure, error-free, or that files will not be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of important documents.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gregory Gority shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
